Transfer - Transfer of Part
This screen is only displayed if one or more folios are being part transferred.
If one or more leasehold folios are being part transferred, this transaction will create a single new leasehold folio. This will not be allocated a folio number by the registry until the case folder is submitted. Until that point, the new folio will be referred to as ‘New Folio X’. You may then use this new folio in other transactions within this case folder.
If one or more freehold folios are being part transferred, this transaction will create a single new freehold folio. This will not be allocated a folio number by the registry until the case folder is submitted. Until that point, the new folio will be referred to as ‘New Folio X’. You may then use this new folio in other transactions within this case folder.
As part land transfers are involved, a suitable map must be included with your application.
