Registration of Trustee in Bankruptcy in Place of Official Receiver
If you opt to provide 'Documents as prescribed in Rule 159-(1)' for this transaction, the following are required:
(a) a certified copy of the bankruptcy order relating to the bankrupt;
and
(b) either a copy of his certificate of appointment as trustee by the meeting of the bankrupt's creditors duly certified by the trustee or his solicitor as being a true copy of the original or a copy of his certificate of appointment as trustee by the Department of Economic Development or a certified copy of the order of a Court of his appointment as trustee;
and
(c) a certificate signed by the trustee that the land is comprised in the bankrupt's estate and has not been disclaimed.
