Withdrawing Case a Folder


  • It is only possible to withdraw a case folder that has already been submitted to the Land Registry.

  • Note: It is not possible to withdraw a Priority Search application once it has been submitted to Land Registry.

  • Once Land Registers have begun to process your application, it is not possible to request withdrawal online and you will need to contact LPS (Registrations) to arrange this.

  • To withdraw a case folder recently submitted,  use the 'Withdraw' button shown at the top of the Case Folder screen.

  • If Land Registry have already begun to process your application, you will be advised at this point that online withdrawal is no longer possible.
