Transfer - Completion and Form Generation
The Transfer/Transfer of Part transaction will produce either a Form 9, 10 or 11, depending on the choices you make on screen.
Form 11 will be produced if the Transfer/Transfer of Part involves any easements or covenants requiring registration.
Form 10 will be produced if the Transfer/Transfer of Part does not involve any easements or covenants requiring registration, but does involve any of the following:
- One or more of the registered owners taking part in the transfer is a limited owner (indicated on the Registered Owners screen).
- Any registered owners are not taking part in the transfer (indicated on the Registered Owners screen).
- Any non-registered owners are taking part in the transfer (indicated on the Non Registered Owners screen).
- Any non-registered owners are joining in the transfer to release an interest in the land, such as owners of Inhibitions or Charges (indicated on the Interested Parties screen).
- Any folios are being part transferred (indicated on the Land Description screen).
Form 9 will be produced if none of the conditions mentioned above are involved in the transfer/transfer of part.
