Statements shown on this screen are available for use in the Execution Panel of the Deed Form for this transaction.
It is possible to amend the entries shown if any of the following apply:
- Where the clause should NOT appear (for example if there are multiple identical entries for a registered owner who is transferring multiple folios)
- Where the clause should be amended to note if execution is by Company Seal or by Authorised Signatories
- Where the deed will be executed by a signatory acting under Power of Attorney, or under direction from an entitled party
