Transfer - Interested Parties
This screen is intended to capture details of any Non-Registered Owners joining in the transfer to release an interest in the land, such as owners of Inhibitions or Charges.
If you do not add any interested parties, you confirm that where there are any Burden(s) registered on the folio(s) associated with this transaction, and which are not being released by a pending application or another transaction in this case folder, they will remain on the folio(s) and may appear on any new folio should this transaction result in a transfer of part.
Cautions and Inhibitions may be released in whole, or in part. If they are not released this may result in the dealing process being impeded. If you are in any doubt as to the affect of any existing Burdens on this transaction you should view an up to date version of the folio record.
