First Registration - Land Description (Addressable Property)
E-Registration searches for addresses held in the Pointer Address NI Gazetteer. Where the property is recently been constructed, this search may not return any results. In this situation, you should select the "Enter Address Manually” option.
Where the address is being entered manually and the application relates to a number of property addresses e.g. House numbers 1 to 13 Main Street, the house numbers must be listed individually in the “Address 1” field e.g. “1,3,5,7,9,13”.
If there is no addressable property to be registered, the next screen will allow you to describe non addressable property for registration.
