Assent - Settlement Details Screen
If you opt to add settlement details, you will also be given the opportunity to record details of Trustees under the Settled Land Acts 1882 to 1890.
When entering Trustee Details, you must enter each Trustee’s name separately. The Trustee’s title e.g. Mr, Mrs, Ms, Dr Etc is not required.
If you do wish to record Trustee details, at least two must be added (if only one trustee is added, this will not be recorded on the folio).
Any settlement/trustee details created on this screen will be added to Schedule One for each holding created in the Form 17 generated for this transaction.
