A list of memorials found during your search will be displayed on the Registry of Deeds search results screen.
For each memorial shown in the list, you can request a copy of the memorial, view a scanned image of the paper memorial, or view an abstract of the memorial.
- A memorial abstract contains the material parts of the deed. It must contain the date of the deed, details of the parties to the deed and details of the property affected.
- 'ND' or 'No Denomination' indicates that the charge relates to properties and land currently held by or which the party may acquire in the future.
- 'G' or 'General charge' is an indicator to show that the Deed type is Charge
