A list of memorials found during your search will be displayed on the Registry of Deeds search results screen.
For each memorial shown in the list, you can request a copy of the memorial, view an abstract of the memorial, or view a scanned image of the paper memorial.
A memorial is a written summary of the relevant document lodged in the Registry of Deeds for registration.
At registration a scanned image is made of the paper memorial. The Registry has extracted information displayed in the memorial abstract view from the paper memorial. The paper memorial may contain additional information to that which is shown in the memorial abstract view. You should view the scanned image of the paper memorial if you wish to check for any additional information.
